Studies show that medication labeling alone is not enough to ensure that patients use medications appropriately. Treatment Educator can be deployed at any point in the brand life cycle where education augmentation at the point of care can help reduce risk or increase compliance. Treatment Educator is often used promotionally with brands that need to convey to patients crucial information about proper product usage or that need to set the proper expectations for patients (e.g., delayed efficacy is normal) — and thereby avoid unnecessary calls to the physician.
