Account Director

The Account Director provides primary and overall customer relationship management of InfoMedics clients. They are directly accountable for client satisfaction and retention, program budget oversight, margin achievement, contract maximization, new service proposals, upbilling and contract renewals. The Account Director will also oversee all aspects of client related program development, installation and management including close management of all aspects of client relations with existing clients. Generating new revenue opportunities with existing clients through additional sales, new product introductions, product enhancements, and increased program enrollment is a primary focus of the position.

To be seriously considered, a candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with 7-10 years of direct progressively responsible experience in a similar account management/client relations position, in a professional service organization or advertising agency. Extensive experience in a pharmaceutical brand management environment, a consumer agency, or a medical education promotional agency with experience selling into pharma is required. Demonstrated ability to successfully generate revenue, contract renewals and repeat billing and business is essential. Candidates must have demonstrated team leadership, analytic, problem solving, client/program management, organizational management skills and extensive experience. Proven ability to expand relationships beyond immediate client contact within the same company is necessary. Knowledge of pharmaceutical brand management and promotions is also required.
