Senior Applications Developer
 
The Senior Applications Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying software applications to meet internal Company needs and client requirements. This will include support to internally developed production applications. Analyzing requirements for Oracle database objects, including design and development and support to IVR, Web, Client/Server and Data Warehousing applications also a major responsibility.

To be seriously considered, a candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and/or experience with 4+ years experience in an Oracle database development environment including 4+ years in web applications development. Extensive experience in the following areas is required: mobile enabled web development, UI design, development and back-end processing; JQuery Moble or Sencha Touch; CSS, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript toolkits such as JQuery, Java, JBoss, Appache, JSP, JSTL, STRUTS, HTML, XML, Unix and Windows 2000 development. Proven analytical, application development, problem solving , and trouble shooting skills also required.

 

Account Director

Provides overall senior-level relationship management of InfoMedics’ clients and oversees the financial performance of assigned accounts. Responsible for renewal sales, revenue forecasting, achievement of quarterly and annual revenue recognition targets, management of client deliverables, and aggregate level margin achievement.  Directly and closely manages client relations with existing customers and is accountable for new service proposals, up-billing, contract renewal as well as program services, deliverables, and operations. Manages a full team of InfoMedics professionals, directing the work activities of the Group Director(s), Program Director(s), Senior Business Analyst(s) and Business Analyst(s). The Account Director and team will work collaboratively to meet and exceed client satisfaction for both short-term project goals and long-term brand objectives, leading to client retention. Additionally, directs and ensures the performance and quality of the work products of the delivery team; taking action when necessary to inform and advise the delivery team of client expectations and requirements. Develops a strong understanding and knowledge of the client’s brand strategy and tactical plans, as well as establishing an expertise in the overall therapeutic category. Coordinates with inter-office departments to ensure timely, high quality deliverables and generate new revenue opportunities through new and repeat sales and existing program enhancements within the client accounts managed. 

Desired Skills & Experience
EDUCATION:

  • College degree or equivalent education and/or experience required. Masters degree preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7 – 10 years proven experience in a similar account management/customer relations position, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, including demonstrated success in revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated leadership, human resources management, analytic, problem solving, client/project management, organizational management skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of managed care and health care program designs, and pharmaceutical brand management procedures and processes. 
  • Proven verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
  •  Proven proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Powerpoint, and project management software tools.

 

Us Pharma Sales Position

This key member of the Sales Team will be primarily responsible for personally constructing and leading major sales initiatives within a pre-determined set of accounts comprised of Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device Companies.    This individual will work closely with InfoMedics Account Directors, operations and finance to construct proposals and contracts for mostly new and some existing clients.  It is critical that this individual identifies, establishes and maintains selling relationships across client organizations focused in the area of brand marketing (professional and consumer).

This individual needs a strong business management approach to selling. Our clients demand a person that can take a consultative approach and spend the time to understand their needs, brand objectives and therapeutic categories then design solutions that meet their needs and solve their patient- physician communications problems.  This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Client Relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of executive level sales experience in bio-pharmaceuticals market. Must have experience selling complex marketing solutions directly into bio-pharmaceutical manufacturers at the brand team level.
  • Ideal candidate will have started  on the client side, preferably in Sales and/or Marketing, and then migrated into selling marketing solutions into Big Pharma with proven understanding of the pharma marketing process and a stellar track record of ramping up quickly and acting as a strategic partner to close profitable business.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new sales prospects via their professional network and InfoMedics lead generation process.
  • Keeps the sales process from stalling by taking control internally and externally to systematically lead clients to a buying decision.
  • Excellent organization,  communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to move up and down the client’s table of organization with urgency and credibility.
  • Ability to sell the value of patient-physician communication platforms.
  • Proven negotiation and contractual sales closing skills
  • Ability to work independently from a remote location.
