InfoMedics Adds New Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Relations for Expanding Pharmaceutical Marketing Business
Robert Bedford Brings Award-Winning Pharmaceutical Sales Leadership and Management Skills
With an extensive background in client acquisition and retention, multimillion-dollar negotiations and strategic market positioning, Mr. Bedford will collaborate closely with InfoMedics management team to identify new target markets as well as new products and product enhancements to InfoMedics patient-physician communication programs. Specifically, Mr. Bedford will use his superior leadership skills to staff and manage the InfoMedics sales force, qualify and establish relationships with new key account targets, and develop forecasting models to provide direction on the future growth of InfoMedics.

Mr. Bedford has nearly 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical and health care industries. He has held several positions at organizations delivering Web-based sales and marketing solutions to the life science industry like Lathian Systems and Cardinal Health, as well as leading pharmaceutical companies like Knoll (now Abbott) and SmithKlineBeecham (now GlaxoSmithKline). A recognized industry expert, Mr. Bedford was co-chair at the 3rd Annual Pharmaceutical Marketing & Sales Global Summit panel on "Gaining Quality Physician Access and Changing Behavior in a Very Difficult Environment: The Case for eDetailing," and an expert panelist at the CBI 3rd Annual Technology Supported Physician Detailing Conference in 2004. Mr. Bedford received his MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from St. Joseph's University.
